In order to strengthen the academics conveniences of remote locations former Governor of Punjab Lt General (Rtd) Khalid Maqbool exposed up sub campuses of the public sector universities with a ideas to transform them into unbiased universities in future. With this vision in mind BZU DG Khan Campus was founded in 2004 by Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. The BZU DG Khan Campus has developed from one department to 5 departments within a span of just 5 years with several new departments in pipe line as effectively.

- BBA (Hons) Morning/Evening 04 years: Intermediate Examination or Comparable from a known Board or institution Course Outline
- Certificate in Spoken English: Course Format
- M. Sc Economics 02 years: B. A. /B. Sc. with Economics as an Elective subject for admission to M. Sc. Course Format
